This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our vendors, customers, field service technicians and management team.

• Work with service manager and team to collect information for ongoing jobs
• Process work orders, purchase orders and coordinate with accounting
• Answer phone calls as needed and provide backup to the service team
