Job summary

Lexus of Henderson is seeking a Service Consultant to act as a liaison between technicians and guests. You will monitor the progress of each vehicle, make repair recommendations, and ensure clear guest communication.

You will greet customers, resolve problems, present repair suggestions, sell services, obtain approvals before work, and uphold our values to create lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training; or 3–4 years related experience.
• Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge required.
• Legal to work in the United States; valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Work with guests to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction with the repair process.
• Utilize MPI system and present recommended repair options to customers.
• Sell services and repairs to meet customer needs.
• Obtain customer approval for all repair orders before work begins.

We are seeking service-oriented individuals with excellent organization and communication skills for our Service Consultant position. Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner
• Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process
• Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer
• Sell proper services and repairs to meet customer’s perceived needs
• Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work
• Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
• Pre-employment drug screen

Pay

Bi-weekly commission pay plan based on service labor gross with a potential range from 60k to 150k. A pay guarantee to be provided for the first 4 months of employment while building customer base.
