Job summary

Pohanka Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced service consultant to initiate automotive services and repairs, assess vehicle performance issues, and verify warranty coverage.

You will write repair orders, maintain customer records, and act as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear understanding of needs and recommended work. A High School diploma and 1-3 years in automotive service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• 1-3 years automotive service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities
