Job Title: Service Concierge

We are seeking a Service Concierge to join our team! This role is crucial in our service department as it enhances the customer experience through top-tier service and ensuring a smooth, efficient vehicle servicing process. The primary responsibilities include customer interaction, scheduling, and coordination between departments.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service and Experience: Greet customers, assist with check-in, provide service updates, address inquiries and concerns professionally.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up post-service, coordinate with service staff, answer calls, and relay messages.
3. Service Process Support: Assist with loaner vehicles, paperwork, and support service advisors as needed.
4. Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, handle deposits and closing duties, coordinate with cashier, assist with payments.

Qualifications

1. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience in customer service or dealership setting is a plus.
4. Proficiency in basic computer applications and DMS systems (Reynolds Ignite).
