Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a Service Clerk to support our service team in Mobile, AL. The role emphasizes customer communication, order handling, and data entry to keep the service flow smooth and accurate.

You will work with the Service Manager/Shop Foreman, generate POs, open WOs, and maintain orderly records while learning warranty processes and dealership procedures.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Prior dealership or automotive retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Orders and open work orders as directed.
• Maintain Service Department filing and records until close.
• Update customer profiles using information from work orders.
• Field internal and external inquiries to the Service Department.
• Assist with warranties, dealership payroll training will be provided.
• Provide strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.
