Job summary

Buddy Bells, Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee in Urbana, IL, is hiring team members to join a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders at the lobby or drive-thru, prepare and assemble menu items, and help keep the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take customers' orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
• Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas
• Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
