Job summary

Buddy Bells, Inc. in Palatine, IL is seeking Taco Bell franchise crew members.

This part-time or full-time role involves greeting customers, taking orders and payments in lobby and drive-thru, preparing menu items to Taco Bell standards, and maintaining a clean, sanitary restaurant environment. You will support teammates and shift leaders with clear communication and help resolve customer concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take customers' orders and payments in the lobby and at the drive-thru.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment (back of house, dining room, restrooms, drive-thru).
• Support teammates and shift leaders with clear communication.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues promptly, escalating to a shift leader when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
