Job summary

Buddy Bells, Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring team members to deliver quick, friendly service in a fast-paced restaurant in Charleston, IL. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and help prepare menu items to Taco Bell standards.

You will work as part of a supportive team with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; you must be reliable and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or customer service is helpful.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take customer's orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
• Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas
• Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
