Graybar is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory using our warehouse management system. The role requires operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts, while maintaining a safe, organized facility.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm. Compensation is $18.50 per hour, with steel-toed boots required and opportunities for growth through our employee-owned structure and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor in a warehouse environment including lifting varying loads, cutting wire, climbing ladders and moving in different temperatures.

Responsabilités

• Receive and store incoming material per warehouse management system procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments for dispatch.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts.

Our Zone utilizes a Warehouse Management System so technology is required to perform this job.
