Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in South Carolina to ensure products move efficiently through receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, and work within a team using our WMS to track inventory.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, selecting and packing orders, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Minimum age 18, good attendance and work ethic.
• Steel-toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with WMS processes.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments for dispatch.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments; perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety procedures, daily inspections.

Our Zone utilizes a Warehouse Management System so technology is required to perform this job.
