Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Service Center Technician for a family-owned company in Columbia, TN. You will perform maintenance and service on equipment, communicate with customers, and support team members to ensure timely repairs.

The role offers $17 per hour and up, with a 7:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule, Sundays off, and opportunities for advancement within a growing local business.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or service center technician experience is required.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes and inspections.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle, equipment, or machinery maintenance and repair.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs with ease.
• Drug screen and criminal background check required.

Service Center Technician

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Service Center Technician for a family owned company in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with a growing local company.

Pay Rate

$17 and up, based on experience

Schedule & Hours

7:00 AM-5:30 PM (no set schedule; flexibility required)

Sundays off!

Service Center Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and service work on customer and company equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
• Perform tire changes, oil changes, and routine preventative maintenance
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding repair status and maintenance needs.
