Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Service Center Supervisor – Primary Care to lead the Behavioral Health Service Center. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient, client-centered service delivery.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience as a PPSC Representative, with supervisory experience preferred. The role offers opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven health system.

• Ensures efficient scheduling for the Representatives and maintains time and attendance records.
• Evaluates performance of Representatives.

In this role, you will provide leadership and supervise Behavioral Health Service Center staff to ensure efficient, fiscally responsible and customer-responsive center operations.
