Qualifications

• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for the Service Department.
• Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service.
• Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls.
• Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
