Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or transportation studies.
• Three years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates service center operations including loading and unloading trailers.
• Oversees dock/yard activities, linehaul, and pick-up & delivery.
• Maintains required records and ensures safety and hazardous materials handling.
• Provides customer service and communications to manage freight status.
• Enforces company policies and compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
• Assists in planning staffing and equipment use to improve efficiency.
