Job summary

American LubeFast Pensacola is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations of our service center and drive exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales and profitability. You balance hands-on supervision in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, coach a team of technicians, ensure OSHA safety standards, manage inventory and scheduling, and build strong local partnerships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in automotive or service retail.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience grounded in trust and efficiency.
• Own and manage the center’s P&L, including revenue and expenses.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of service technicians.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and facility maintenance.
