Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of inventory control or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in inventory control and service center leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory systems, audit requirements, and service center optimization strategies.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with HCAP is a plus.

IDR is seeking a Service Center Lead (Logistics) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Saline, Michigan & Houston, Texas. This onsite role focuses on leading inventory management operations while ensuring accurate, efficient equipment flow across receiving, put away, picking, and shipping. You’ll help maintain inventory integrity and drive continuous process improvements in support of customer-focused excellence.
