Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Service Center Lead to oversee daily operations of a service center and support the Service Center Manager. You will coordinate cross-department procedures, ensure safety standards, and assist in budget monitoring while liaising with drivers and staff to maintain excellent service delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Responsibilities

Position: Service Center Lead

Position Summary:

The Service Center Lead supports the Service Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a specific service center. This role assists in coordinating procedures across departments, ensuring safety standards, and supporting route budget management. The Service Center Lead works closely with drivers, transportation staff, and other stakeholders, helping implement policies and procedures while monitoring operational performance to support excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in managing transportation operations for the service center
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of transportation policies and procedures
