Job summary

Pure Flow Inc. is seeking a Service Center Based Accountant to join our Buford, GA team. This on-site role focuses on financial management, analysis, invoicing, pricing, and profitability tracking for contracts and service projects.

You will collaborate across departments, conduct contract audits, manage collections, and drive process improvements, with emphasis on accurate reporting and KPI monitoring. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8–5, in a full-time, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial analysis for contracts and service projects.
• Ability to manage invoicing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Experience auditing maintenance contracts and tracking renewal pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, pricing and profitability analysis for contracts, service projects, and sales orders.
• Conduct audits of Customer Maintenance Contracts and ensure renewal pricing alignment.
• Oversee collections, financial tracking and reporting, explaining variances.
• Collaborate on inventory reconciliation and process optimization.
• Lead contract management and reconciliation of quoted to actual hours for service techs.
• Deliver presentations and collaborate cross-functionally.
