Pureflow, Inc. is seeking a GA/SC Service Center Based Accountant to support on-site financial operations in Georgia. This full-time, in-person role focuses on invoicing, pricing, profitability analysis for contracts and service projects, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct audits of maintenance contracts, manage collections, and help track KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and profitability across service centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management and analysis for contracts or service projects.
• Ability to manage invoicing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Experience auditing maintenance contracts and handling collections.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills.
• Experience tracking KPIs and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, pricing, and profitability analysis for contracts and service projects.
• Audit Customer Maintenance Contracts and ensure renewal pricing alignment.
• Oversee collections, financial tracking, and variance explanations.
• Collaborate on inventory reconciliation and process optimization.
• Lead contract management and reconciliation of quoted to actual hours for service techs.
• Deliver presentations and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Establish and track KPIs and key metrics.
