Job summary

Empower AI, a leader in AI for government, seeks a Service Catalog / Portfolio Analyst to support hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure for the Department of State. You will manage and improve the enterprise ServiceNow IT service catalog, ensure accessible, clearly defined services, and align with modernization goals such as cloud adoption, automation, and digital transformation.

This role requires 5+ years in IT services and a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, plus an ITIL 4 Foundation

Qualifications

5+ years of IT services, infrastructure support, and program management experience.
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification is required.
Secret Security Clearance is required.
Experience with cataloging services and cloud adoption is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support in operating the hybrid VPC and global network infrastructure.
Help manage and improve the enterprise ServiceNow IT service catalog.
Ensure a comprehensive, accessible service portfolio across all ITSM areas.
Identify and prioritize new service opportunities to deliver measurable business value.
Integrate cloud-based services into the service catalog and implement automated catalog management.
