You’ll balance cash, navigate dealership software, provide invoices, and help keep the service desk organized while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or cashiering experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming service experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service questions.
• Process payments accurately for repairs and maintenance services.
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at end of shift.
• Provide invoices and explain charges when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and end-of-day reports.
• Keep the cashier workstation clean, organized, and professional.
• Assist the service team with administrative support as needed.
