Bettenhausen Automotive in Tinley Park, IL, is seeking a full-time cashier to join our award-winning team. This role involves handling cash for service orders, parts tickets, and vehicle sales, while also assisting with scheduling and appointments.

Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and prior cashier experience preferred. Automotive experience is a plus and generous benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Receipting monies collected for service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and vehicle sales.
• Assist with scheduling and calling customers for service appointments.
• Verify service and parts invoices are closed properly with the correct pay codes.
• Guaranteeing checks through the UTA guarantee system following policy guidelines.
• Balancing the cash drawer and finalizing the deposit.
• Provide backup coverage for main reception desk.
• Organize and file service and accounting files as needed; purge files when necessary.
• Light lifting.

Job Responsibilities

Full Time Position:

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm

Job Requirements:
