Flat Rate Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

Are you a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment?

We are looking for the following positions:

• Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience
• Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years experience

Responsibilities include maintaining the facility to ensure high-quality service, providing excellent customer service, and performing vehicle detailing, cleaning, and driving duties.

Responsibilities

The detailer will perform tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing vehicles, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, using air compressors, applying preservation chemicals, and possibly working with dyes, paints, and waxes. Additional duties may include engine cleaning and other operational tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding tasks requiring frequent movement, bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Work may be performed outdoors and in various climate conditions.
• Handling multiple vehicles daily.
• Use of OSHA-approved cleaning products.
• Frequent flexing and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Communicating detailed information clearly.
• Attention to detail for quality inspection.
• Work with urgency, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Quick learner and team player.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Respectful handling of customers' vehicles.
• Punctuality and focus during shifts.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
