Overview

Flat Rate Detail Shop Position(s) Available.

Are you a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment?

We are looking for the following positions:

• Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience required
• Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years experience required

Responsibilities include maintaining the store facilities to ensure high-quality service, driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The detailer will perform tasks such as washing vehicles, waxing and buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, using air compressors, applying preservation chemicals, and cleaning engine compartments. Flexibility and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned are essential.

Working Conditions include:

• Frequent physical activity: bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, entering/exiting vehicles.
• Work outdoors in various climate conditions.
• Moving numerous vehicles daily.
• Using OSHA-approved cleaning products.
• Frequent use of hands, wrists, and spine.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
• Work with urgency and adhere to uniform standards.

Compensation: Flat Rate
