Ziegler Inc. is seeking a Service Call Supervisor in Bloomington to oversee complete and timely closing of service calls for the branch.
The role requires strong computer skills, solid organizational abilities, and some mechanical knowledge to support accurate invoicing and service call closure. The supervisor will lead a team of Service Call Administrators, provide coaching, and coordinate with Service Advisors and warranty to ensure compliant, efficient repair processes.
Ziegler Cat has an opening for a Service Call Supervisor who will be responsible for complete, timely, and accurate closing of service calls for the branch. This role will require strong computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and some mechanical knowledge to support the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing customers. The Supervisor will manage, support and develop a team of Service Call Administrators, while also actively closing service calls.

$71,400.00 to $89,250.00
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
