We are hiring a Service Call Coordinator II to dispatch and schedule preventative maintenance, repairs, and services, ensuring a top-notch customer experience by following established processes with enthusiasm and proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of maintenance and repair transactions from origination to completion.
• Accurately document all customer contacts in FCSA systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish positive rapport.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and coordinate towing when needed.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance, prioritizing resources effectively.
• Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
• Develop and improve dispatching and scheduling capabilities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a service or call center environment, preferably in fleet maintenance or transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; ability to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
