Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Service Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of beverage service, we’d love to hear from you.

The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional service in a welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve drinks, maintain bar operations, handle payments, and ensure product quality while adhering to health and safety standards.

Formación

• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Delight our guests with a friendly attitude and proactive guest care.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes with accuracy.
• Maintain bar operations: stock, organize, and manage bar supplies and perishables.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor product quality and ensure beverage freshness.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
