Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg is seeking a bartender to provide bar service, mix drinks, and maintain a fast-paced station. You will handle cash, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold cleanliness and confidentiality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Cash handling experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests and cocktail servers at assigned stations.
• Mix drinks according to prescribed recipes.
• Keep station stocked with liquor, glasses, and accessories.
• Maintain integrity of financial controls and cash handling.
• Deliver fast, friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated area and bar equipment.
• Resolve service issues according to guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality in company matters.

• Provides work direction to assigned bar attendants. - Opens and closes bar according to established procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, Credit charges, and servers’ food transactions, including tips.
• Resolves service issues according to established guidelines.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
