Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Service Bartender to provide exceptional guest service in the Premium Service Department, covering Bars, Suites, In-Seat, or Restaurant settings within our stadium environment.

The role requires mixing and serving beverages per standard recipes, ensuring liquor controls, and adhering to safety and TIPS guidelines. It’s an on-site position with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to interact with coworkers to ensure service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team setting.
• Must read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to team members and guests.
• Efficiently and accurately prepare and serve beverages per recipes.
• Set up, maintain, and clean workstation throughout shift.
• Comply with product handling and inventory policies.
• Serve beverages responsibly following TIPS and company policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep area clean and safe.
• Know other stadium outlets to assist guests when needed.

The Role

The Service Bartender position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department specifically in the Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to our team members.
• Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders.
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy.
• Set-up, on-going maintenance and clean-up of workstation.
• Bartenders will be accountable for compliance with all established product handling and inventory policy and procedures.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following established TIPS training along with the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy.
• Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant

Pay rate: $11 per hour plus tips

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
