Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Service Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service within the Premium Service Department at the stadium. You will work in Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environments, handling beverage orders with precision and speed.

The role requires 2–3 years in fast-paced bar or restaurant settings, 18+ years old, and ability to lift 10–30 pounds. English fluency, teamwork and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two to three years in a fast-paced bar, high-end club or restaurant.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to lift 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to team members and guests.
• Timely, efficient, accurate beverage service.
• Mix and serve beverages following standard recipes; maintain liquor controls.
• Set up, maintain and clean workstation.
• Comply with product handling and inventory policies.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following TIPS and policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe work area.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets in the stadium.

The Role

The Service Bartender position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department specifically in the Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

The Service Bartender position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department specifically in the Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environment.

• Provide exceptional guest service to our team members.
• Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders.
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy.
• Set-up, on-going maintenance and clean-up of workstation.
• Bartenders will be accountable for compliance with all established product handling and inventory policy and procedures.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following established TIPS training along with the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy.
• Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
• Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
