First Merchants Bank is seeking a Service Associate - Reserve (Travel Teller) to join our team! This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality customer service by accurately and efficiently completing bank transactions and suggesting products and services to meet customers' current and future financial needs. We support you to exceed personal production goals while delivering a meaningful customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service:
   • Responding to customer requests for banking transactions.
   • Answering inquiries and resolving problems with suitable solutions.
   • Building customer loyalty and advocates.
2. Contributing to banking center operations:
   • Balancing cash, transactions, vault, and ATM.
   • Ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting.
   • Following security policies to protect customer privacy.
   • Assisting with opening and closing the banking center.
3. Participating in a high-performing sales environment:
   • Selling bank products and making referrals.
   • Knowing about all bank products.
   • Engaging in meetings and coaching sessions.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.
