Stryker Corporation seeks a Field-based Service Associate to be the face of our Sustainability Solutions program across hospitals in your territory. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare teams, educate staff on processes, and drive program engagement to reduce waste and improve participation.

Field-based As a Service Associate, you'll be the face of our Sustainability Solutions program within hospitals throughout your territory. Reporting to a Service Manager, you'll build authentic relationships with healthcare teams, provide education and support, and help customers increase participation in programs that reduce waste and create a more sustainable future for healthcare.
Medium work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force daily, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. (Pushing and/or pulling up to 60 pounds of force constantly, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds) Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity. Must be able to communicate effectively through presentation skills, email and phone Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. PC, Microsoft office, smart phone, etc.).

Work Flexibility Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
