First Merchants is seeking a customer-focused banking professional in Plainfield to handle transactions, assist customers, and contribute to a high-performing sales environment. You will balance cash, handle daily transactions, and support compliance and security procedures in a busy banking center.

The role emphasizes selling bank products, referring customers, and participating in regular team coaching and meetings to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
