Job summary

First Merchants is hiring for a part-time banking center position in Indiana. You will respond to customer requests for banking transactions and address inquiries with solutions that meet current needs while building customer loyalty and advocates.

You will also balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM, ensuring compliance and privacy; assist with opening/closing the banking center and engage in a high-performing sales environment by promoting bank products and referrals.

Qualifications

• 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
