Job summary

Kia Country of Hilton Head in Bluffton, SC is seeking a customer-service oriented team member to support our service operations.

The role includes shuttling customers home and picking them up when their vehicle is ready, making follow-up calls about services performed, and notifying customers when parts arrive and scheduling appointments. You will also scan repair orders into the system and perform light filing, helping service advisors care for customers.
