Job summary

Seventeen51 Restaurant & Bistro in Lacey, WA is seeking a part-time Service Assistant to support dining rooms and assisted living operations. This role requires scheduling flexibility and a strong commitment to great resident service.

You will participate in setting up dining rooms to standard, take orders and serve meals, clear and clean tables, assist with dishwashing, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation. Prior customer service experience and a food handler’s permit are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (or, currently enrolled).
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Food handler’s permit required.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms to standards and stock supplies.
• Assist in taking orders and serving meals to residents.
• Clear and clean tables and surrounding areas, with proper sanitation.
• Assist in dish washing.

• Participate in the set-up of the dining rooms in a consistent manner, ensuring standards are met. Ensure supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Assist in taking orders and serving meals to residents.
• Clear and clean tables and surrounding areas after use, ensuring proper sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist in dish washing.
• Excellent customer service skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma/GED (or, currently enrolled)
• Experience in customer service preferred
