Job summary

Star Lanes Polaris, an upscale entertainment venue offering bowling, a full-service restaurant, bar lounge and arcade, seeks a kitchen team member to ensure quality and presentation of all food leaving the kitchen.

You will communicate with team members on guest requests, perform setup and closing duties, stay knowledgeable about menus and recipes, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. In-person, Star Lanes Polaris is an equal-opportunity employer.

• Responsible for the set-up and closing duties of kitchen areas
• Knowledgeable of menus, recipes and any other pertinent information
• Follows all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of guests and employees
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at stations
• Responsible for all tasks and duties as assigned by the management
