Job summary

Moss Bros. Chevrolet of Moreno Valley is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk associate. You will receive customers, process payments, route calls, and help schedule service appointments in a busy dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, the ability to multi-task, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Valid driver's license and clean record are required; background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once.
• Must have at least a high school diploma/GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• For service calls, answers the telephone courteously and directs calls to requested individuals and/or departments.
• Make service appointments for items that were purchased during the car purchase.
• Takes service appointments for customers using the company’s scheduling application as needed.
• Monitors service calls placed on hold, routing calls to voicemail or taking messages as requested.
• Provides other information as requested.
• Schedule supports a Monday–Friday 7 am to 4 pm shift.
