Job summary

Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced Service Architect to design and develop Service Design across the product portfolio, guiding implementation and ongoing operations of complex solutions. You will lead workshops with 3rd party suppliers, document interfaces, and ensure service delivery aligns with contract obligations.

Qualifications

• Service design authority across end-to-end solutions incl. 3rd party engagement models and SLA reporting.
• Advise teams and 3rd parties on service standards, methodologies and processes.
• Drive service design governance across complex solutions.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end processes and policies, interfaces and workflows.
• Own engagement with Managed Services OSS functions and standardized configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities across the full product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Offer Management and 3rd party suppliers.
• Provide expertise across service architecture for delivery.
• Create and own design specifications, architectural and process diagrams.
• Lead design workshops with 3rd party suppliers and document interfaces.
• Ensure service design packages can be implemented and transferred to operations.
• Assess customer requirements and ensure design compliance.
• Identify business risks in contracts and propose mitigation via design/contract changes.
• Define organizational requirements for service delivery per contract obligations.
• Present solutions at senior management meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
