Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking an energetic Service Appointment Coordinator to join our fast-paced Service team. This role focuses on scheduling service visits, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth flow between customers and technicians.

You will listen to customers, respond to calls and online inquiries, and collaborate with the Service Department. Previous scheduling or call-center experience is preferred; strong computer skills and a team mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for guests to ensure their vehicle needs are taken care of.
• Actively listen to customers, answer questions, and connect them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Respond promptly to customer phone calls, internet leads, online scheduling requests, and live chat inquiries.
• Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up on missed appointments.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service throughout every interaction.
• Work collaboratively with the Service Department and other dealership teams.
• Other administrative, service, and business development assigned tasks.

Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our fast-paced Service team. This is a great opportunity to begin or grow your career in retail automotive while gaining valuable experience across the dealership. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience.If you have previous experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent, this role may be a great fit for you. This role is full-time, 40+hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for guests to ensure their vehicle needs are taken care of
