Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a Service Pick Up & Delivery Concierge to support the service department by handling vehicle pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely, quality service.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and teamwork across departments; prior dealership experience is helpful but not required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Experience in a dealership environment preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with a team, as well as different departments within the facility.
