Responsibilities

• Take accurate window measurements for residential homes
• Perform light service repairs on previous installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Complete minor repairs involving windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and insulation
• Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components
• Inspect materials and products for quality and fit
• Enter measurements and job information into company software
• Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners

Qualifications

• Experience installing windows, roofing, siding, gutters, or other exterior home improvement products
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic technology and software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and self‑motivated
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Service technician experience
• Finish carpentry experience
