LifeSource Water Systems, based in Fresno, CA, is seeking skilled installers to join a growing residential water treatment team. You will install, service and optimize whole-house filtration systems for homes and small businesses.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of plumbing or filtration experience, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work with multiple pipe materials and professional tools in a non-exempt, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and operate advanced water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and service whole-house water filtration systems.
• Work with galvanized, copper, PVC, CPVC piping using precise measurements.
• Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to emergency service calls and warranty repairs.
• Use a company vehicle to travel to customer appointments.
• Perform regular safety checks on tools and equipment.
• Conduct final inspections to guarantee systems are operational.
• Manage inventory and ensure parts are on hand.

What You'll Do:

• Install and Service Water Filtration Systems: Perform expert installation of whole-house water filtration systems for both residential and commercial properties
• Work with a Variety of Materials: Handle galvanized, copper, PVC, and CPVC piping using precise measurements and advanced power tools
• Master Your Craft: Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while adhering to company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle Emergency Service Calls: Respond to customer needs, including warranty repairs and urgent service calls
• Drive and Deliver: Use a company vehicle to travel to customer appointments and ensure timely, professional service
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance on tools and installation equipment
• Ensure Quality Control: Perform final inspections to guarantee systems are fully operational before leaving each job site
• Manage Inventory: Keep track of materials and ensure the right parts are on hand for every job

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Plumbing Experience: 2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience preferred
• Physical Readiness: Ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
• Customer-Focused Attitude: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service
• Eagerness to Learn: Open to training and mastering our advanced water treatment systems
