Job summary

Quality Life Solutions is seeking an outgoing Service and Installation Tech to join our water filtration team in Chapin, SC. You will drive a company truck, perform service, maintenance and installation of water softeners, conditioners, RO systems, and UV units, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a meticulous, organized professional with strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must thrive and multi-task in an active working environment.
• Excellent driving record (Insurable).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum age 21 for insurance purposes.
• Good people skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to become a Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Installer.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to service, repair, maintain or install water filtration.
• Accurately complete all service and installation work and paperwork daily.
• Be reliable and on time for daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to customers.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service water treatment equipment (softeners, conditioners, filters, RO, UV).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair control valves, pumps, and related devices.
• Keep work area and truck neat and orderly.
• Willingness to travel.

We are a Water Filtration company that primarily installs and services water softeners, conditioners, and reverse osmosis systems.
