Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is hiring a Service Analyst for End User Computing Enablement. This remote US role focuses on adoption, change management, and user enablement to improve productivity and business outcomes.

You will develop go-to-market and adoption strategies, apply ADKAR/Prosci methodologies, build SOPs and playbooks, create dashboards, and deliver reporting that informs product roadmaps while representing the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology adoption, organizational change management, or end-user enablement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or similar change-management frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-ready documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-focused training materials.
• Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, or knowledge management content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, tech, support, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Experience creating reports and dashboards or performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
