Cycles Worldwide, LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is staffing up for a record season, recruiting experienced Service Advisors/Writers to join our team at our Harley-Davidson dealership network. You will interact with customers in-store and on the phone, follow a structured sales process, and help manage open repair orders with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have motorcycle background or Harley enthusiast interest, possess a motorcycle endorsement and weekend availability, and

Qualifications

Motorcycle background preferred but not required.
Harley-Davidson enthusiast preferred but not required.
Motorcycle endorsement and weekend availability.
Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience in the automotive industry a plus.

Responsabilités

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
