Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through the automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department, support the Service Manager, generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain vehicle maintenance and repair services, and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
