Midas is seeking a Service Writer who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and support operations across multiple locations. This role is designed as a leadership pathway toward Store Manager, with hourly pay plus bonus.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, review inspections, build estimates, and present recommendations while maintaining high service standards and a focus on retention. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Clear, confident communication with customers is required.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Leadership mindset with a desire to grow into store leadership.
• Willingness to support multiple locations as needed.
• Automotive knowledge and repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust.
