Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is seeking an Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to support a high-volume Service Department. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and efficient repair order completion in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• Must have Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience.
• Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Explain maintenance and repair services to customers and create estimates.
• Ensure CSI targets and efficient completion of repair orders.
• Coordinate with Parts and Sales/Rental departments as needed.
• Order supplies and ensure receptionist coverage and training.
