Job summary

Holman Enterprises in Littleton, CO is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This commission-eligible role offers a compensation range that reflects skill, experience and location, with a potential high earnings based on personal performance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing repair needs, providing estimates, and guiding customers through repairs while maintaining warranty and policy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience required.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Compensation: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $80,000 - $110,000 per year with earning potential based on your personal performance.

What will you do?

• The Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs.
• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
• Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work.
• Communicate effectively with the customer, to achieve satisfactory repairs, sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keeps the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.

Regular Full-Time
